Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and implement quality control processes.
• Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
