Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and estimates, budgets, and potential for residential, commercial, and large-scale developments.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documents to identify scope and ensure alignment.
• Work with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop detailed and competitive estimates.
• Request information, responses, and market trends to obtain up-to-date and competitive estimates.
• Build and document bid experience to be reused by the team in future bids and proposals.
• Participate in meetings and presentations with stakeholders, answering questions regarding estimates.
• Support project planning with risk analysis, value engineering, and cost-savings recommendations.
• As an Estimator, you will be on the forefront of ensuring that our projects are carefully planned, viable. You expertise will guide decision-making, shape project feasibility, and contribute to delivering high-quality results on time at a certain budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, ProEst(s), or similar and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry pricing.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team through a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
